Rates
Fees will be agreed upon at the initial visit. If you have concerns about affording the fee, please discuss them. Some sliding scale fees are offered. My usual fee is $220 per 50-minute session.
Insurance
I work as an out-of-network provider. Insurance often covers 60-80% of out-of-network costs, but this can vary significantly depending upon your plan. If you wish to use out-of-network benefits, you will be asked to pay my fee and I will provide a receipt or other necessary documentation for reimbursement. For information about your coverage, call your insurance company and ask:
- Does my policy cover out-of-network benefits?
- What is my deductible, and how much has been met this year?
- How much does my out-of-network benefit cover?
- What is the process for out-of-network reimbursement?
Payment
I accept cash, check, health savings account, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
